12S 44.4V Wiring:
Use a bullet style connector (male and female) to join the two (2) yellow wires - one male, and one female. This connector should be 5mm or larger, which allows the pack to be broken into two 6S packs for charging.
For the positive / negative (red & black) wires, these will solder to a standard connector of your choice, such as an EC5 connector. Once soldering is complete, the (2) yellow wires can be joined together, which will tie both packs into (1) 12S 44.4 battery, outputting 12S 44.4V power via the connector attached to the positive / negative (red & black) wires. This setup negates the need for a series connector, simplifying the wiring setup. You will need to make a custom charge lead for each 6S pack to allow each 6S battery to be charged independently.
Be extremely careful with polarity! Polarity reversals can cause serious damage to the battery, and can inflict serious harm - any such polarity reversals are NOT covered under warranty, and all such battery setups are the sole responsibility for the end user.
Alternative Wiring - (2) 6S 22.2V Setup:
Solder connectors of your choice (such as EC5's) to (1) yellow wire, and (1) black wire, and solder another connector to the yellow & red wire. Be extremely careful with polarity! With this option, you will need to use a series connector to link both battery packs into a 12S 44.4V battery setup. However, charging is simplified, as each 6S pack is easily charged using standard charge leads and balance tabs.

First let me say the service was EXCELLENT as always from HeliDirect. Second, the only reason for the 3 stars and not 5 is because of the battery itself. This is my second Pulse 12S battery. The first one was fine right from the day I received it in 2021. This battery seems to have issues with Pack 2. These are two 6S batteries in a single sleeve. That's great also, but Pack 2 is not up to standard with Pack 1. I charge each pack separately at 4.5 amps with balance on an iCharger 306B. Pack 1 is right on the money. Pack 2 not so good. I have cycled Pack 2 4 times and it has improved, but still not as good as Pack 1. I haven't run it in my SAB Genesis yet. If it doesn't improve more, I will have to send it back. That's a hassle because I will have to remove the AS150 anti spark connectors. Again, this is no fault of HeliDirect. I'm hoping that Pack 2 will improve and I will not have to send it back. A big Thank You to HeliDirect for their excellent service.
Pulse batteries have always performed well for me. I have some that are over 4 years old and still have low IR and perform well.
These 12s Packs are always performing great no matter you throw at it. I currently have 3 and just added the rc pro plus solderless connectors to my latest. I used to wire to 6s packs together but this for me is just such a pleasure to deal with a complete unit and proven performance.
Pulse lipos have never let me down and neither has heli direct
I've slowly switched from other brands to just pulse packs. So far in my experience the ir's are low and they are a decent weight. I will continue to use pulse packs.
Love these stick packs the very best there is! Will always fly the the pulse no looking back ! Love the way they do the wiring !
They are the most reliable batteries on the market, I only get these for my helis and planes
This is my first stick and I love it usually I just use the 2 6s batteries but no more I’ll be getting more of these soon
