* Pulse Batteries wants to reward you for your product reviews! Upon receiving a verified buyer email with the opportunity to write a review, Pulse Batteries will apply (100) points to your account for a valid review that falls under the below terms, conditions and noted guidelines . 

How It Works?

- Pulse Batteries provides reward points to our customers who take the time to provide a minimum (100) character written review based upon products you have purchased. 
- Upon writing a review, your review will be sent to us, and once we deem the review falls under the below criteria, we will issue (100) points to your account, allowing you to utilize these rewards points with your next order.

Review Terms & Conditions

- Reward points are not issued based upon positive or negative reviews in regards to the product(s) being reviewed. Any valid review that falls within our stated guidelines (whether positive or negative) will be issued a credit, at the sole discretion of our staff. 
- Any and all reviews submitted will be reviewed for validity via Pulse Batteries, and points issued will be at the sole discretion of Pulse Batteries. 
- Any abuse with this system, such as reviews that are not correlated with the product purchase, or false reviews in order to accrue rewards points, will not be tolerated, and subsequently no reward points will be offered based upon such abuse. 
- (100) Bonus points will be applied for reviews that have good grammar, but be sure to pay close attention, as we have a competent staff on hand that will closely review all submissions! 
- Any review that is deemed not valid will not be issued reward points, and all such decisions are final based upon the sole discretion of Pulse Batteries.

You can apply the points you earn to your order in the checkout section by using a slide bar to adjust the level of points you decide to apply - the choice is yours! Whether you prefer to apply a partial amount of points in blocks of (50) points, or max out your points in the noted blocks of (50) points, you have full control over the points being applied to your order, allowing you to easily and instantly save via the order you are purchasing.

After you have applied the points you have decided upon via the easy to use slide bar, you will see the discount instantly reflected in your total, allowing you to simply proceed with your order checkout - that's it!

Do Points Expire?

No - points will not expire, allowing you to save up your points and purchase the items you want!

Can I Exchange My Points For Cash?

- Reward points are not redeemable for cash, gift certificates or refunds, and only apply to your account based upon future purchases. 
- Reward points are not redeemable for shipping based costs, shipping upgrades or any "Rush Fee" associated with shipping, restock fees or gift certificates. Reward points are also not applicable to any sales tax associated with your order. Further, the end user is 100% responsible for paying any and all sales tax based upon a purchase made with rewards points, along with any shipping costs noted with your order.

I Just Placed a Purchase but the Points Show Pending?

- Reward points will not be immediately issued in some circumstances, and are based upon certain actions. In the case of an order, points will be issued upon shipment of the order.

I Want To Return a Purchase. Will This Effect Points I Earned via Previous Purchases?

Yes - points for orders returned will have an effect upon points that have already been accrued by the order that is being returned, and the below information will note how we will handle these situations.

Reward Points Associated with Returns
Any reward points that have been issued to your account based upon a purchase, these points will be deducted from your account if a return, credit or refund is made for the product(s) in question. In the case of points already being redeemed and used with another order, the stated value of the points earned for said item(s) will be deducted from the credit or refund if a return is made, or if the product in question is credited or refunded due to a specified scenario.

In the case of a return for an exchange of an item with a differing value (whether positive or negative), any points attributed to the initial purchase will be handled in the following ways, as noted below: 

Exchange for Higher Value Item
In this case, the original value of the item being sent back would have an associated points value, which would have already been issued. Based upon the cost difference of the higher priced item in relation to the lower priced item being purchased, new reward points will be issued based upon the cost differential - not the purchase price of the item being purchased via noted exchange.

Exchange for Lower Priced Item
In this case, the original value of the item being sent back would have an associated points value, which would have already been issued. Since an item of lower value would be exchanged, the points issued for the original value would be deducted based upon the differential in points issued for the new lower valued item in question. However, if the issued points have already been redeemed and used, the refund or credit that will be issued for the lower value item will be deducted based upon point value differential.

Pulse Batteries Rewards Information, Rules & Conditions

General

- As used in these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"), "you", "your", and "member" mean each customer who has a Pulse Batteries account. The terms "we", "our", and "us" mean Pulse Batteries team as administrator of the Program. 
- Pulse Batteries holds the implicit right to change, modify or adjust reward points, information, terms, rules and so forth, based upon any issue that may arise. This may entail adjusting the number of points a specific product or action(s) entails, or what type of action(s) or activity that triggers any such reward points, along with the number of points necessary for redemption. 
- Any possible change to the rewards program is effective immediately upon posting revisionary information to this page. 
- Pulse Batteries reserves the right to freeze or terminate your rewards account based upon any aspect of abuse, fraud or violations to the noted rules & regulations associated with this rewards program. Any and all reward points associated with your account can be voided due to such abuse or violation, and cannot be exchanged for cash, refund, product(s) or credit.

How to Enroll

- Pulse Batteries reward points are available to all Pulse Batteries customers, both new and existing, and will be active and ready for use at the agreement of this reward points program. 
You must use a legitimate email address in order for your purchases to be eligible to receive point credits. If you do not use a legitimate email address that you have personal access to and control over, you forfeit any points issued to that account. 
- Reward points are solely issued based upon a valid email account when the user is logged in. If the end user creates an order via the "Guest Checkout" feature, no rewards will be issued. 
- This reward points program can be managed in your "Account" settings feature, and can be modified at any point of your choosing.

Will guests accrue points?

- Reward points are solely issued based upon a valid email account when the user is logged in. If the end user creates an order via the "Guest Checkout" feature, no rewards will be issued, nor can any rewards be retroactively credited to the stated user account. Be 100% sure that you are logged into an active Pulse Batteries account in order to accrue rewards for purchases made.

Earning Points

- The Program is a points-based program which allows you to earn and redeem points. There is no limit to the number of points you can earn. If a qualifying purchase is returned for a refund, the number of points associated with the amount spent on the returned item will be deducted from your Program account balance. There may be a delay in posting points to your account. 
- If you feel there is a discrepancy in your account, you can notify us within 60 days following the transaction or action date for which you believe you should have received points. We may require documentation to support any discrepancy claim.

Retroactive Points

- Purchases made before the implementation of this program, or purchases made when not logged in to your account are not qualifying purchases when it comes to reward points. You will not receive any retroactive points for eligible actions that are done when you are not logged in, nor will any points be issued for purchases made before the implementation of this rewards program. 
- No point will be earned for non-qualifying purchases or actions.

Points Redemption

- Reward points are not redeemable for cash, gift certificates or refunds, and only apply to your account based upon future purchases. 
- Reward points are not redeemable for shipping based costs, shipping upgrades or any "Rush Fee" associated with shipping, restock fees or gift certificates. Reward points are also not applicable to any sales tax associated with your order. Further, the end user is 100% responsible for paying any and all sales tax based upon a purchase made with rewards points, along with any shipping costs noted with your order. 
- You are solely responsible for ensuring that your shipping address is correct. We will not be responsible for orders that are shipped to an address different than the one in the Program records as of the date of redemption. You must specify the desired ship-to address when redeeming the points in an order. Only one Program account may be associated with a single email address. You must also ensure that a valid and current email address is in your account. We assume no responsibility for errors caused by incorrect member information. 
- The sale of any points accrued with your Pulse Batteries account is strictly prohibited - points are 100% non transferrable.

Promotional Point Offers

- Pulse Batteries may offer special limited-time promotional opportunities to earn a greater amount of points for purchases of goods and services. These promotional points are subject to these Program Terms, as well as any additional terms and conditions that may be provided with the stated promotion. Any attempt to claim any associated promotional points constitutes Customer's consent and agreement to abide by the terms of that promotional offer.

Disclaimer of Warranties

- WE MAKE NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED OF ANY KIND REGARDING THE PROGRAM, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. IN THE EVENT THAT POINTS ARE NON-FUNCTIONAL THEN CUSTOMER'S SOLE REMEDY, AND COMPANY'S SOLE LIABILITY, SHALL BE THE REPLACEMENT OF SUCH POINTS. CERTAIN STATE LAWS DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF CERTAIN DAMAGES. IF THESE LAWS APPLY, SOME OR ALL OF THE ABOVE DISCLAIMERS, EXCLUSIONS, OR LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY AND CUSTOMER(S) MAY HAVE ADDITIONAL RIGHTS.
